The toolkit is designed to found a meditation practice and grow mindful skills including thought watching, emotional awareness, sensory grounding, mantra use, daily reflection, gratitude, intentional planning, and personalized goal-setting.
By the end of the course, each individual will walk away with tools and habits for greater self-awareness and conscious action.
Guided by Steven Thorsen, a Yoga Instructor, Climber, and Life Coach with 10+ years of experience in personal development, this course is designed for any and every man to gain the benefits of mindfulness in a way that suits their modern life and stage of personal growth. While deeply rooted in multiple philosophies, Steven shares a buffet of tools that allow you to build the plate that satisfies your needs.
