Our classes, workshops, and retreats were designed to help recognize internal and external obstacles in order to move through with awareness and grace. Each session will provide tools for three phases of action:
Become aware of yourself and your environment.
Take decisive action with full presence and commitment.
Reflect on the past in order to be more effectively in the future
Leaving any session, participants will be able to use their breath, body, and mind to conduct personal check-ins, use self and environmental awareness to make decisions, and stay present as they approach challenges. They will also be armed with movement, meditation, breathwork, and analytical tools to understand themselves and cultivate relaxed awareness as a baseline for daily life.
